We use this information only to plan, coordinate, and run your expedition — confirming availability, matching you with a boat and crew, arranging permits, and staying in touch before, during, and after your trip. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We share the minimum necessary details with the people who make your trip happen: your skipper and crew, and where required, marina or national park permit authorities. We do not share your information with marketers or data brokers.

4. Photography

Photos or videos taken during your trip are for your own memories by default. They're only used publicly (on this site or social media) with your explicit permission, requested separately by our storytelling crew.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party pixels. The only piece of information the site stores in your browser is your selected language (English, Spanish, or French), saved locally so the site remembers your preference on your next visit — it is never sent to us or anyone else.

6. Data Retention

We keep booking-related information for as long as needed to plan your trip and to meet basic accounting/legal record-keeping obligations afterward, then remove it upon request or after a reasonable period of inactivity.
